Stampin’ UP! Retired Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper 

It's the third Monday of July and that means it's time for the Stamp Review Crew.  We are a group of Stampin' UP! demonstrators sharing a ton of ideas focused on a single stamp set. I don’t often gravitate to cartoon style images.  I can’t immediately come up with something to create with them.  But for some reason this set was different.  And I decided if I was going to use cartoon images, then the background must also be cartoon-like.  That’s where Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper was perfect.  There were no live chickens harmed during the making of this card!
