Stampin’ UP! Beautifully Penned and Delicate Dahlias

For my projects today I decided to exclusively use items available in the Sale-a-bration catalog. I was originally tempted to use the coordinating stamp set Hand-Penned Petals. But decided to use two items from the Sale-a-bration catalog. Along with the help of some Blending Brushes, I’m happy to say I was successful! Enjoy!
