Stampin’ Up!’s Love of Leaves and Stitched Leaves Dies
It's the first Monday of November (Can you believe it?) and that means it's time for the Stamp Review Crew. We are a group of Stampin' UP! demonstrators sharing a ton of ideas focused on a single stamp set. This week we're featuring the stamp set Love of Leaves Bundle. You have likely come from Holly Krautkremer‘s blog on your way through this amazing hop. If you get lost, simply click on the banner for a list of participants and get back on track.
I didn't like this set when I first saw it. But now I love its versatility. The first card I created is somewhat playful and the other is more elegant. Either would be a great Thanks You card, Thanksgiving card, or just because it's fall.
For the friendship card I used every yellow that Stampin' Up! has to offer for the leaves and the Ornate Frames Thinlits set to frame the sentiment. I used the retired Power of Hope embossing folder from the Sale-a-bration Power of Hope Bundle for the background.
For the Thanksgiving card I die cut the leaf from Brushed Copper card stock. It's mounted on a piece of Early Espresso card stock and matted it on Brushed Copper card stock. I used the retired Layered Leaves 3D Embossing folder for the Early Espresso background.

Your first card looks like my yard at the moment - big wind event yesterday! But I really love the second one with the Brushed Metallic Cardstock.
