It's the 3rd Monday of the month and that means it's time for the Stamp Review Crew. We are a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators focused on sharing a ton of ideas featuring a single stamp set. This week it's a set called Wonderland. This set captures majestic pine trees and is by far one of my favorite stamp sets from the Holiday Catalog. You have likely come from Deb Currier on your way through this amazing hop. If you get lost, simply click on the banner for a list of participants and get back on track.
Hands down, if I had to pick an image from the Holiday catalog that I love it, would be the three pine trees from this set. In fact, I created my Pals Paper Arts color challenge from this set before I realized I would be using it for the Stamp Review Crew. There's something majestic about them. I created three projects for this hop. All of the projects are SUPER easy and require few supplies. I'm anxious to see what your favorite is.
- The candle was created by taking a piece of Card Vellum and wrapping it around the candle to determine the circumference. Cut the vellum 1/4“ longer than the circumference. Stamp the tree image multiple times using Mossy Meadow and heat embossing using Iridescent Ice.
- The black and white card used white embossing powder and Silver foil as the mat.
- The white card used Mossy Meadow and Soft Suede Stampin' Write markers to color the image by applying the ink from the markers to the stamp, and then stamping the card stock. The background is the embossing folder Softly Falling. The mat for both the sentiment and card face is Very Vanilla. Simple!
Next stop on the Hop is Shana Gaff where she'll wow you with her beautiful design skills.
I love all them they are gorgeous and elegant in there each way but the candle I think is breath taking. Beautiful job!

Like you, I just LOVE the trees in this set. I am sure as it retires, it's not going anywhere. Anything majestic and nature like is for me. I love all 3 of your projects Mike and what a nice gift that candle would make. Hmmm....I may have to think about that as gifts for my stamp camp ladies. Lovely! Hugs!

Gotta be the candle! But the black card is pretty spectacular too. You've done it again, and then some! Two elegant cards and a beautiful gift to give, or keep for yourself. Thank you for sharing my friend. And Merry Christmas. Hugs Jess
