Welcome to another The Stamp Review Crew Hop!! We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who will be bringing you lots of ideas for one particular stamp set twice a month!! The 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, you can hop along from one blog to the next gathering all kinds of inspiration for one Stampin' Up! stamp set.
Ready for some grungy goodness? You know you love it :) You are about to start a journey down a path of discovery, finding creations with this set that are revelations of wonder and delight. And some of those creations will even make grunge look clean! Are you ready? I know I am, so let's hit!! You may have come from Deb Currier's Art Felt Impressions website. If you get lost along the way, click the banner to be taken to the Stamp Review Crew website.
I would be in awe of anyone who could create a project siolely using this set as I think of it exclusively as a "technique" set that creates texture. Here I use the spots stamp to give the background banner some "personality!"

Putting It Together Tips:
- All the pennants were edged with Crumb Cake Classic Ink using a sponge dauber. It gives them some dimension and subtle POP.
- The main image was stamped with Crumb Cake on a rectangle of Very Vanilla Card Stock. I masked the sentiment using a Post-It note trimmed to the edge of the tuilip leaf.
- The image was colored using Aqua Painters. As long as you control the amount of water and brush the color in the same direction as the image lines, there is little risk of the Crumb Cake bleeding. But if it does, the color is light enough to not show.
- Die cut the image using the 3rd largest Pennant Framelit die and over-stamp using the En Francais background stamp.
- The image, small green and sentiment components are popped up using Stampin' Dimentionals.
It's time to get hopping, Shana Gaff is next and I'm sure you will enjoy the projects she has created for you! Happy hopping from the Stamp Review Crew!!
