Stampin' UP! Party Pop Up and Sparkle
Today is Rick's birthday. The expectation is a hand made card. I wonder why? So this always has to be something special. I always tease him that he can be distracted by ANY shiny object. So I think this card is perfect under those circumstances. Quite by accident, I love how the envelope reveals a sneak peek all by itself with absolutely no planning on my part!
Step by Step Tips:
- This was an extremely easy card to make. The base is retired Brushed Silver card stock. I've always loved this for festive occasions and was so disappointed when Stampin' UP! retired it. It was embossed with the Sparkle embossing folder
- I cut out two strips of 3/4“ wide Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and glued them to the back of the Happy Birthday element using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- The candle halos are 1/4” punch circles glued to the back of the flames. The whole cake is popped up using Dimensionals. Simple!
