I always enjoy looking at your cards. You have mastered the "copic" technique, use wonderful color combinations, and always pull off a new twist on a card sketch. I hope you believe in the old motto "imitation is the best form of flattery". I certainly try to use your cards for inspiration.

If I weren't a demonstrator already I'd sure be eager to become one straight away on your team! (Those who aren't demos, and are reading this..don't you LOVE his enthusiasm??) Mike, I find your joy of creating so inspiring, and your detailed explanations of how to recreate what you did, or even how to use a tool absolutely wonderful. Your blog is always a treat to visit!! : )

"Thanks for checking with me about the stamp set. I really meant to let you know that I had received it and to thank you for the enclosed note. That was most thoughtful of you. The set arrived in great shape and it was just as cute as I had hoped it would be. I could not believe how very clean the wood was...I don't think you ever used it! I have 7 grandchildren and the youngest are 3, 3 1/2, and 4 and this set will be perfect for class favors for them for at least 3-4 more years. Thank you very much for excellent service. Blessings to you and yours."

Mike, this set is just gorgeous! Crisp, clean and oh so elegant! I love how you used the ink colors to match the layers. I also didn't know there was a card stock and pad kit...and I've been a demo for 3 years! What's up with that?? You have convinced me to get this stamp set too! I like the other older one, however, can't get used to that lobster... lol. I love lobster to eat, but can't imagine in on a card. Thanks for sharing such a gorgeous set. This is going in my "great card ideas" folder! Hugs!

Great post today. I especially like the" applying ink to an embossed image". Now why didn't I think of that. Just beautiful and I am going to try that today. Happy Valentine's Day.

Beautiful card set Mike. And I agree, what's the set without a box. I used your pizza box tutorial to make my neices bday gift. A set of Hello Kitty cards. She loves HK and I know thaat she'll love them!
Thanks for sharing the idea of the cardstock and paper pad idea. I didn't know SU had both! And I've gone thru that catalogue a gazillion times! Well maybe not that many. ;-)
Hugs, Jess
