Don Draper Holds His First EVER
Stampin' Up! Party!

Okay, so maybe this really isn't a Stampin' Up! Party. After all Shelli Gardner didn't start Stampin' Up! until 1988. And something tells me Simply Scored meant something totally different back then! But since that time Stampin' Up!'s wide assortment of rubber stamp images, stamping techniques, and designs have been helping crafters discover and express their creativity. ALL CRAFTERS! EVEN MEN! Who knew? But I think the men of the crafting world are for the most part lurkers. They are immensely creative and innovative with paper and rubber stamps. They have a unique call on challenges and do it quietly and under the radar.
So here's MY challenge. Test drive the perks. Play with the paper and stamps. This is a great time to join Stampin' Up! and take advantage of the 20% discounts on products, advance ordering on new catalog items, and an amazingly supportive community that shares their creativity of products - and perspectives. Let's show these insanely creative women that men can emboss a mean image too!
Join my team during the month of August and get the Starter Kit with your choice of $125 of products for only $99. Plus you'll get this Howl-o-ween Printer's Tray including everything you see below. It's a value of up to $60 and it's FREE when you join through August 31.
Of course this special offer is not only for the male element. It's open to all crafters. I would love to have a few of you amazing women on my team too. Let's create a team of both men and women that love what we do and share what we love together. Contact me and let's get started!

Wonderful post Mike! I love what you did with the TV tie in! I hope to see more men crowding the halls of next years convention too!

I don't watch Mad Men,but I know there are many male crafters out there. You are the most open about it. But I follow some others who make videos. They are great too.
I wait every year when the sale comes to join up, in hopes that I'll have the cash to do it this year. Not yet. So maybe next year.
Big hugs, and I hope you get some men to sign up.

Well Mike, you are the epitome of creative crafting. I always love your ideas and I know how creative men are. I make my other half help me with colors. I am poor at putting them together and he looks at it and voila, he's done it. He's going to retire next year and he's gonna 'get' to help me make cards....lol. Sensational idea here my friend... BRAVO!!

Mike love this post and I LOVE MAD MEN (and Donald Drapper)... can't wait for the new season to begin... it's like going back to MY era. Everything is so genuine..just love that show! It really was that way...right?
PS: I've been following your thread on SC but haven't added my two cents, as it would just repeat the same thing over and over...BUT, I DO support your thoughts 100%. I too was surprised at SU's decision.
